Harrison First Baptist Church, a warm and welcoming Baptist community in Harrison, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastor to lead our congregation. About the Position:

We are seeking a full-time Pastor who will provide spiritual leadership and guidance to our congregation. The Pastor will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and biblically sound sermons.

• Leading worship services and creating a meaningful worship experience.

• Providing pastoral care and support to members of the congregation.

• Overseeing outreach programs and initiatives to connect with the wider community.

• Handling administrative tasks related to church operations.

Qualities We Are Looking For:

• A deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to sharing the Gospel.

• Adherence to the King James Bible.

• Strong preaching and teaching skills.

• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to serve others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in pastoral care and counseling.

• Willingness to lead a small and loving congregation.

• We are open to candidates who are retired ministers seeking a fulfilling opportunity to continue serving.

Education and Experience:

• While specific education requirements are flexible, we are seeking someone with experience in pastoral ministry.

Compensation:

• Salary will be discussed when you call.
